Annual trip to Arizona

We made our 3rd annual trip to Arizona just outside Phoenix to visit my aunt and uncle and my parents who took their RV down to the warmth for a month. Dillon did really well on the flights (after about 30 minutes of struggling to get him to sleep) and slept almost the entire flight both ways. The weather started out a bit chilly but by the time we left it was almost 90 degrees....definitely time to go home. Little did we know we'd be going home to almost 40 degrees and chances of snow!

We rented a park model at the RV park. It was perfect for us and Dillon loved all the kitchen cupboards. We had a few little outings, went and saw a copper mine on our way to Globe for the best Mexican ever. It is this little hole in the wall restaurant that you'd never stop at unless someone said to go there. The food is amazing and the best part is that they put melted butter on their home made tortilla chips. I know not the best thing for you, but hey it's only once a year! We also went out for pizza one night to the Organ Stop Pizza restaurant. The entire restaurant is part of a huge organ. Dillon had so much fun dancing in his high chair while he ate. We stayed for the entire set about a hour! I don't think I've stayed at a restaurant that long since Dillon was born! Once it was warm enough we got to enjoy the pool. Since the RV park is for 55 and better Dillon was the old little kid and was a hit with all the ladies. Do you think we may be in trouble in 15 years??!!

Dillon spent a good half hour moving pots and pan between cupboards. Forget all the toys we brought for him to play with!

At the Ray Copper Mine in Superior, AZ. It was huge! Look at how small the bus looks compared to the big dump truck.

Dillon and Aunt Karlene went to look at the large bucket and tire. On moms camera we
got a picture of Dillon sitting inside the tire.
Mom bought Dillon a new toy, a vacuum. He loved it and even pulled it up onto the couch to sit next to him while he read the newspaper.

Just some pictures of everyone having a good time.
