Where has December gone?!
Can't believe it's just over a week until Christmas, where has the time gone. We have been so busy the past few weeks that I haven't even had a chance to update the blog. So here is what we've been up to, (I'll apologize now for the long blog).
We celebrate Hanukkah with Art's side of the family. It fell early in the month this year, which means so we've already started celebrating for the holidays. With 4 grandkids there are lots of presents and lots of paper flying, but everyone has a great time.
Here are all the kids patiently waiting to open presents.

Dillon and Grandma Penny
Finally the presents!
Dillon playing with is new toys.
Guess Dillon wanted to go because he was caring around his lunch bag.
We took Dillon to see Santa. He didn't cry, but didn't want to smile either, until after the pictures when Santa gave him a candy cane. He did really well compared to the other little kids. We heard a lot of crying while we were at the mall.
After the busy past few weeks we've had you'd be tired too!

Love those blueberries!!
Dillon loves blueberries. If we let him he'd probably eat the entire bag of them. But the down side is that they are a bit messy. Also you'll notice Dillon has a new smile. Not sure where he picked it up but when you say "smile" he smooshes his face up. It's pretty cute, but when you want a real smile for a picture it is pretty hard to get now.

LET IT SNOW!!!!!
How fitting that on the first day of December we woke up to a half inch of snow. I think I was more excited than Dillon, but he did get pretty excited when he looked outside in the morning. We spent a little time walking around in the snowy grass before it melted away. He wasn't too sure about touching the snow at first, but after I put a snowball in his hand he thought it was fun. He also didn't like it when he fell down in the snow and couldn't get up....stupid bulky coats.
Doesn't he look adorable in his hat?!
