Happy Boy

Doesn't this picture just say it all? Dillon is a very happy boy. I am constantly stopped by people when we are out asking he if he "always this happy" and I tell them yes. They say I'm lucky, but hey, I thought that all babies were this happy....

Dillon pretty much climbed the entire wall by himself!!

Dillon had his one year check up recently. He is healthy and weighed in at 23 lbs. He has fallen to the 50% percentile, but I think that is because he is so busy getting around.

He is walking better these days. He has even taken a few steps on his own. Now he really only needs to hold onto one hand for stability. Once he has it all figured out we'd better watch out!

Dillon has switched to cows milk, like his milk goatee?

We are trying out having Dillon feed himself. So far it hasn't been very sucsessful. He takes a bite, maybe two, and either decides "forget the spoon I'll use my hands" or that us feeding him is way easier. So we'll keep working on it.
